Asking For Your Help


Before you read on Please watch this short video I made (my first for a while), as it is the least I could do seeing as I am asking for your help.

We have lots of ideas on how the delivery of financial services can be improved and there are a number of things we can work on both from a proposition and service point of view and also a technology perspective.

I think it’s a good thing that we constantly changing and improving, looking at how we can improve what we deliver for our clients and partners, but we would also be foolish not to see your input as vital.

As an example from a service perspective, we are looking at how we can address the very different needs of our clients from those who own businesses compared to those clients who have retired, and now have very different requirements.

We are taking a more proactive and structured approach to meet each of our client’s specific requirements.

We are also planning significant investment in technology over the next 12 months to try and deliver a 21st century experience to clients.

We will start by building a brand new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, which will be pretty unique in the advisory sector.

Traditionally advisory firms use off the shelf products, which tend to be a “one size fits” all approach to back office management.

We hope this will start to bring us closer to you, utilising apps, online storage for all your documentation, the ability to update your information easily, book your review meetings, and ultimately interact with your financial plan.

This can then lead to even more meaningful conversations with your adviser.

As I mentioned last week I am part of a group which helps shape future developments at Nucleus, and it got me thinking: wouldn’t it be great to try get the same input from our clients to help shape Murphy Wealth in the future.
