Client contact is a big part of what we do, so being able to build
    a relationship is also crucial.
  • Leadership: Positive leadership is not about telling people what to do, instead it’s about being prepared to take the lead where necessary and having the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback. At Murphy Wealth, we are committed to our core values and look for others to lead
    by example.
  • Problem solving: Problem solving is about considering and evaluating
all relevant factors and then making decisions based on your conclusions. We are strong problem solvers who have the ability to identify and use the appropriate methods or techniques to arrive at the best solution.
  • Task management: To meet deadlines and work commitments you will need to be able to plan, prioritise and prepare in advance so that you work effectively and achieve objectives.
  • Drive and resilience: We’ve all faced challenges or experienced setbacks. What is important is how we react to these setbacks and keep motivated in difficult situations. The work place is no different and there will be times when you are facing an obstacle and have to work under pressure.

We will provide exceptional training and structured development, and although initially a two year programme, we hope that successful trainees will have a future with us. Which will include:
